Hi everyone! As you may have noticed I didn’t update much lately, sorry for that, but this is because a lack of time. In two weeks I’m also going on a holiday for two weeks and I won’t be able to update completely. Therefore I’m looking for a co-web for Christina Source. As a co-web you will be posting news and photos of Christina Aguilera on the site and upload photos in the gallery. I’m looking for someone with experience with fansites and updating them. A nice extra would be someone who has access to image accounts and does not mind to use them for Christina Source, because I don’t have image accounts.

If you are interested, just send me an email with your name, your emailaddress and show me that you have experience updating fansites or maybe you have your own fansite, just let me know! Also let me know if you have access to any image accounts. You can send your email to christinasource2012@gmail.com. As a subject fill in ‘Co-Web Application’.

Thank you in advance!

[NEWS] Christina Aguilera Dishes About “The Voice” Season 5 & Shakira

Jul 25th, 2013 by Deborah. Filed in News.    No Comments »

While The Voice is a competition all about winning a record deal, the accidental scene stealer lies in the four artists occupying the judges’ seat, and for season 5, we’d like to welcome back Christina Aguilera.

With auditions already underway, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, and returning judges Cee Lo Green and Aguilera began to make the media rounds.

As for her decision to leave the show this past season? Aguilera said that each judge had “different reasons for either needing a season off or sticking around.”

For the talented singer, it was simple:

“It was about getting back to my roots and being a mom, spending time at home,” she said.

From the beginning, creator Mark Burnett intended for the judges’ rotation, as all judges are actively working artists. Shakira took over for Aguilera in season 4, and will return during season 6.

Aguilera shares her admiration for Shakira and Usher, the judges who held her the place of her and co-star Green.

“I knew there was a time coming back into the show that I wanted to sort of catch myself up on it, and I had some shows sent to me just to see a little bit of what was happening. I was hearing good things. I was like, ‘Okay. I can relax now,’”

Aguilera said of Shakira and Usher.

“They held it strong and together, and thank God for Shakira and Usher coming in and being able to hold the show and keep it going.”

Aguilera looked her best yet; showing off her newly toned physique fitted in a black and white ensemble, blonde hair cut in a shoulder length style.

When asked by reporters on how she obtained her body, without directly answering, Aguilera did acknowledge the rough patch she experienced in 2010, where she was often criticized for her weight.

“It was a little bit of a hard time in and especially being under a microscope.”

When it comes to all the criticism, Aguilera explained how she coped.

“I definitely tune it out. I don’t read things. I try to be as normal as possible.”

Make sure to catch Aguilera and the rest of The Voice cast when season 5 premieres at 8 p.m. September 23rd on NBC.

Christina Aguilera Talks Returning To The Voice, Credits Her Son For Her Weight Loss

Jul 21st, 2013 by Deborah. Filed in News.    No Comments »

The Voice prides itself on being a reality competition show devoted to discovering new talent, but it’s most noteworthy star to date has to be pop diva Christina Aguilera. This blonde bombshell took off Season 4 from the show to regroup and recharge, but now the superstar is back and looking better than ever.

Wetpaint Entertainment caught up with Xtina and the rest of the coaches at the NBC summer press junket where the “Beautiful” singer was looking more trim than ever. And when she was asked about her drastic weight loss, she had a surprising secret to share.

“I know you’re going to think this is total B.S. when I tell you this, but my mission in taking the time off was getting back to things that are outside of inspiring me on camera,” she said. “It was about getting back to my roots and my being a mom, spending time at home. My son lights up my life, and it’s hard to go to work and be separated from him and work long hours, and that’s something that these guys don’t really know yet, and there’s a different thing when you’re a mom. It’s just a little more emotional and it’s hard, and I needed to be with my son for a minute.”

The typically private star even alluded to her painful divorce from Jordan Bratman, the father of her son, Max. She started The Voice less than a year after filing for divorce, ending an eight-year marriage.

“I kind of came off of 2010,” she said. “It was a little bit of a hard time in — you know, we go through rocky moments in our lives, and especially being under a microscope and I’ve always been a risk?taker and whatnot.”

The diva admits that part of her reason for leaving the show was to rejuvenate a temporarily dull career.

“I just — I was a little bit bored, actually, and I needed to have a moment to re-inspire myself and reconnect,” she said. “I know it’s in there because my gut is to sing from my friggin’ heart and soul. And that’s what I got in this for. I wanted to gain a different perspective and find happiness with all this stuff again, and I did. I did.”

Xtina thinks that her time away will allow her to be a better coach and mentor to her contestants in Season 5.

“I’m spreading the love,” Christina continued. “I think the boys feel it. I came back. I’m like, ‘I just want to laugh with you guys and have fun.’”

[NEWS] Christina Aguilera Sports Sophisticated Makeover For ‘The Voice’ Return

Jul 21st, 2013 by Deborah. Filed in News.    No Comments »

Christina Aguilera has sported her fair share of over-the-top looks during her time as a coach on The Voice, and has often made headlines for her cleavage-flaunting fashions. Now it looks as though the pop star has cleaned up her act and adopted a more conservative look for her return to Season 5 of the hit NBC program.

In new publicity photos for the show, the “Dirrty” singer looks like she could be heading to her downtown office, wearing a hip-hugging black and white skirt and a black blouse that’s a bit less revealing than her usual over-the-top fashions. She’s looking fit and trim in her sexy office attire, and her blond locks are straightened and cut in a sophisticated chin-length bob.

In a 2012 interview with Lucky magazine, Christina said she liked for her clothes to accentuate her figure. “Actually, the challenge I’ve had is being too thin, so I love that now I have a booty, and obviously I love showing my cleavage,” she said. “Hey, if you can work it and you can own it, that confidence is going to shine through.”

Original coach Cee Lo Green is also back in the saddle, joining Blake Shelton and Adam Levine for the new season, which kicks off September 23 on NBC. Christina said taking time off of the show actually helps make her a better judge.

“In order to remain great coaches and to stay relevant, we have to go out and we have to still tour, see our fans one-on-one,” she told E! “I have to feel creatively fulfilled in order for me to then do my job as a coach and be on that show.”

It’ll be great to see the gang back together again, looking better than ever!
